The minute we met with Alana and Andy and learned about their totally unique and inspired wedding plans, we were enthralled with them! These two are the type of people you meet in life every once and a while who possess that magical skill of connecting friends, old and new, and making everyone around them feel as though they are instantly family. This attribute is what helped them to land the most gorgeous wedding venue, which is not actually even a wedding venue, but is instead the absolutely stunning studio of Vancouver based potter, Janaki Larsen. Alana and Andy are avid fans of her work, and this connection to Janaki allowed them to host their dearest friends and family in her studio for their wedding ceremony and reception.
Every little detail of this dear couple's wedding felt completely unique and well thought. The gorgeous spring cherry blossoms that filled every corner of the studio, the stunning wedding cake (baked by Andy himself), and the gourmet meal created by chefs in front of the eyes of all the guests
